Before You Come
I can't wait to meet you! I'm excited and ready to get your health and life on track. It took you months or years to get here. Give yourself some grace and be ready to make some changes. This is a scary process, making changes is hard but necessary so we can be successful in your program. I am here to give you the resources and tools to first and foremost, Get You Healthier. Your starting point will be to REQUEST an appointment day and time. I will confirm your appointment via email and send a text prior to your appointment. Your consultation forms will be emailed with your confirmation email and MUST BE SUBMITTED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Your consultation forms is the journey to what got you here. This is the Ludwig hair loss scale for women. I will determine where you fall on the scale. Things happen in and out of our control in our lives, we have to uncover certain issues so we can find the causative factors to your hair loss/thinning/breakage issues. Your consultation will last one and a half to two hours we will cover lifestyle, medical history, diet, nutritional and dermoscopic assessment.
